FLOW & RESTORE
This 60 minute class has both the dynamic aspect of a vinyasa class combined with the stillness of a restorative yin practice. Flowing through a series of poses that heat up the body during the first part of the practice, and then finishing with calming and restorative poses that we hold for a couple of minutes to completely relax.
Restorative poses include twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. This results in peace and harmony for both the mind and the body.
STRENGTH & STABILITY
During this 60 minute dynamic sequence we flow through a series of poses that help work on building up core strength and balance. This challenging class is focused on working on the lower belly and back, since this is our center of balance. Between every pose we connect the postures with a flow of movements, so the entire sequence becomes one enjoyable flow.
