IMPORTANT INFO

Always book your class before attending! By booking a class you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Can’t make it to class? Make sure to cancel on time so the spot can be made available for someone else. You can cancel by sending us an email (happyhippiezyoga@outlook.com) or through your booking confirmation and online account.

Classes are taught in English and are held at the Student Hotel in Maastricht. They are accessible to anyone interested in practicing yoga. Address: Sphinxcour 9A, 6211 XZ Maastricht.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. If not, you can borrow one at our studio. Bring a clean towel and socks and a sweater or large blanket to cover you up in final relaxation, so you will stay warm.

If you have booked an Ashtanga Based yoga class or an Ashtanga Led class, you are advised not to eat anything for about 2 hours before the class. If you do want to eat before class, have something light. We don’t drink any water during the Ashtanga classes, so try to have enough before starting and make sure to drink a lot of water after your practice.

When you sign up for an online live class, we will send you a Zoom link via email 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of the class.

If you sign up for a Yin yoga class please make sure you have all the props you need close by. We might use some yoga props during the class, but if you don't have them feel free to substitute with anything you do have. Use a book instead of a yoga block, either a belt or towel instead of a yoga strap, and a pillow instead of a yoga bolster.

Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. Once the class has started we cannot let anyone in. You can go over to the reception desk and they will show you the way. If the hotel doors are closed you can press 0 and the bell button on the intercom next to the entrance and the hotel reception will let you in.

Let’s all make sure we keep enough distance, with respect to your fellow yoga students. Only come to the class if you are symptom-free.
