During our classes we make sure you get the guidance you deserve to further develop your personal practice. We make our classes and the poses that are taught accessible for everyone. If you struggle with a posture, our experienced teacher will help you. Hands-on adjustments and guidance are given throughout the class. Yoga blocks and straps are available in our studio for use, to get into the postures with more ease. Alternative options are also suggested for many of the more challenging yoga postures. You can always ask your teacher for help.

After class we serve some delicious and warm yogi tea, so feel free to stay for a chat. We are looking forward to welcoming you to our classes!

This 75 minute class is based on the traditional Ashtanga Yoga half Primary sequence. This class serves as an introduction to the Ashtanga Led Class, and is perfect for beginners wanting to learn the Ashtanga Yoga Sequence.

Practice on an empty stomach. Refrain from eating at least 2 hours prior to and 30 minutes after your practice. Do not drink water during or immediately after a session. Wait at least 30 minutes. Drink plenty of water after your practice.

During this 75 minute guided class you will be led through the Ashtanga Half Primary Series by the teacher, guiding you up to Navasana’s half way point of the sequence. The class consists out of a fixed series of postures, and the teacher will count and talk you through the practice. We focus on increasing strength, flexibility, and a tranquil state of mind. Expect to get sweaty, both because of the physical practice and a focus on the free breathing technique with sound that heats up the body. Ashtanga Led Classes are open to students of any level, although a medium level of physical endurance is recommended.

This 60 minute class is a nice flow that is accessible for everyone. We take on different postures during this class, with many possible variations of the same posture, making sure everyone can enjoy.

Between every pose we connect the postures with a flow of movements, so the entire sequence becomes one enjoyable flow. We move on the rhythm of the breath, using every inhalation and exhalation in perfect harmony with the movements.

This 60 minute class has both the dynamic aspect of a vinyasa class combined with the stillness of a restorative yin practice. Flowing through a series of poses that heat up the body during the first part of the practice, and then finishing with calming and restorative poses that we hold for a couple of minutes to completely relax.

Restorative poses include twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. This results in peace and harmony for both the mind and the body.

During this 60 minute dynamic sequence we flow through a series of poses that help work on building up core strength and balance. This challenging class is focused on working on the lower belly and back, since this is our center of balance. Between every pose we connect the postures with a flow of movements, so the entire sequence becomes one enjoyable flow.

This 60 minute Yin Yoga class has a focus on calming the mind and body. It is a slow paced, restorative practice that offers stillness and relaxation. It is the opposite of the styles of yoga that are know as “yang” styles, which are the more fast-paced styles like Vinyasa and Ashtanga. During Yin Yoga classes we practice restorative poses that we hold for a couple of minutes to completely relax.
